Dr. Michael Goldberg, the chief strategist at Practice Perfect Systems has achieved yet another milestone. Committed to “helping those who help others” Dr. Goldberg has been a student of Dr. Robert Cialdini’s Principles of Influence for 3 decades. It led him to seek out Dr. Cialdini as a teacher which he has now done.
Dr. Goldberg is now a “Certified Cialdini Ethical Influence Practitioner” trained in the ethical and effective application of Dr. Cialdini’s 7-principles of influence. He is also a member of the Founder’s Circle of the Cialdini Institute that promotes the use of these principles of influence for the benefit of mankind.
Dr. Cialdini’s principles of influence are evidence-based, research supported, psychologic postulates that have been supported by such researchers as Noble Prize-winning psychologists Daniel Kahneman and Richard Thaler. These principles, when used properly can help healthcare practitioners better communicate with patients in need of their services.
The lead strategist at Practice Perfect Systems, Dr. Goldberg has been helping healthcare professionals including, dentists, physicians, physical therapists, and chiropractors for 50 years.
Starting during his 30-year tenure at Columbia University, and now as an adjunct Associate Professor at Temple University’s Kornberg School of Dentistry, Dr. Goldberg teaches practical business and management. Early in his career he identified the unfortunate truth that clinical excellence does not assure practice success. And so, he has sought to rectify that injustice by working with expert professionals, enabling them to also succeed in practice thereby helping more people.
Dr. Goldberg, or as he prefers to be called, Michael, uses these principles in every aspect of his coaching, consultancy and his Liberated Practice program, geared at also helping healthcare team members communicate more effectively with patients.
