I hope it has a USP or Unique Selling Proposition, or UVP , Unique Value Proposition, which is the reason a patient or potential patient stays with you or comes to you rather than going to the practice down the street.
But do you have something similar for your employees? Why should they come work for you?
Or even more important now, why should your current employees stay?
This would be nice to know before crafting an ad to fill a position. It is vital to know to prevent CHURN or staff-turnover.
If I were looking at a new position, I would want to know the UEP, Unique Employment Proposition .And, I would want to hear it from existing employees, not from the Doctor or read it from an ad.
That’s why we have been recommending that your team do videos answering the question: “Why do I love working at________.”
Such a video should be posted on a landing page and shown to potential employees.
